Job summary

Arcadis, a leading global design and consultancy firm, seeks a Principal Wastewater Modeller in the UK to lead wastewater modelling projects and drive client engagement. The role focuses on model development, QA, and delivering high-quality technical outputs while guiding junior staff.

You will work within Arcadis Water Management, tackling challenging AMP8 programmes and collaborating with water utilities and contractors to deliver resilient infrastructure and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in hydraulic modelling for wastewater projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate teams and manage stakeholders.
• Proven experience in model QA procedures and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of wastewater models and project scope.
• Review and verify sewer networks, survey specs, and modelling outputs.
• Mentor junior team members and support bid preparation.
