Job summary
Egis is expanding its UK Water Business and is seeking an experienced wastewater modeller to lead urban drainage and sewer modelling projects for water companies and clients across the UK.
You will develop Infoworks ICM networks, promote SuDS, mentor colleagues, and work with teams in the UK, Ireland and France to deliver hydraulic modelling services.
The role offers hybrid working, strong career progression, and opportunities to contribute to innovative projects and client engagements.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in wastewater modelling for UK water sector.
- Experience of Infoworks ICM modelling lifecycle.
- Knowledge of regulator requirements and technical standards
Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in developing Infoworks ICM network modelling, promoting best practice and innovation.
- Promote the use of blue and green infrastructure; champion SuDS.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues supervising deliverables.
- Work with teams across the UK, Ireland and France to deliver hydraulic modelling services.
- Provide technical and expert advice to clients; manage and deliver projects.
- Support business development opportunities, tenders and proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with wider Egis teams to deliver market-leading services.
- Represent Egis at industry events and conferences.
