Job summary

Egis in the UK is expanding its Water team and seeking a professional with strong wastewater modelling and project-delivery experience. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across the UK, Ireland and France to develop and deliver modelling studies, provide expert client support and help grow business opportunities.

We value hands-on delivery, an innovative mindset, and a solid understanding of UK regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BSc/Eng or MSc/Eng in Civil, Water or Environmental Engineering.
• Obtained or near to obtaining professional qualification with CIWEM or similar.
• Experience in UK Water Sector with regulator knowledge (Environment Agency).
• Experience developing, verifying/calibrating and checking 1D and 2D hydraulic models.
• Knowledge of scripting/automation (Python, Ruby) advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver wastewater modelling services to clients across the UK, Ireland and France.
• Provide technical and expert advice to clients, manage and deliver projects.
• Support business development opportunities, contribute to tenders and proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with wider Egis teams to develop market-leading, innovative services.
• Participate in industry events, seminars and conferences to showcase Egis capabilities.
