Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller to deliver hydraulic models and support flood risk and pollution projects across the UK and internationally. Based in the UK or Ireland with a flexible hybrid working model, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary Water Team to design, verify and optimise sewer networks and drainage strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, GIS, Geography, Civil Engineering or similar.
• Experience in Hydraulic Modelling GIS or Data Analysis, particularly ArcGIS or MapInfo.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic Modelling or Asset management, especially Innovyze ICM or InfoAsset.
• Proven experience in water consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hydraulic models and verification of sewer networks; support project scoping and catchment-scale solutions.
• Deliver technical innovation and develop scopes and tender responses.
• Prepare and present technical reports and modelling documentation with clear communication.
• Mentor and support team members and foster client relationships.
