Job summary

Encore in Uxbridge is seeking a Senior Warehouse Technician to lead equipment handling, staging, and logistics within the warehouse. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and report to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager while ensuring accurate inventory and QC processes.

The role involves operating powered forklifts, using RF-based WMS systems, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace aligned with Encore service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills with team, leadership, and customers.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using RF-based WMS system (preferred).
• Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and stage outgoing equipment for transport.
• Sort, scan, and QC incoming equipment.
• Perform and support all Quality Control processes and procedures.
• Re-shelf equipment after QC and sorting.
• Utilise software to manage pick lists and track equipment orders.
• Perform annual physical inventory of equipment.
• Load and unload equipment from vans, trucks, and trailers.
• Assist with equipment deliveries or on show site as directed.
