Job summary

Encore seeks a Lead Warehouse Technician in Uxbridge to manage distribution and receiving of event technology equipment. This on-site role supports scheduling and workflow alongside the Warehouse Supervisor, delivering dependable warehousing services and superior customer interactions.

You will load/unload trucks, oversee stock, coordinate maintenance, and mentor junior staff while adhering to safety standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize work and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to lead other team members and collaborate with clients.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and manage inventory accuracy.
• Process receipts, orders, stock and cycle counts.
• Coordinate maintenance and preparation of equipment.
• Plan workload and training for warehouse staff.
• Maintain safe working environment and health and safety compliance.
