Job summary

HSEnergy Group in Burgess Hill is seeking a proactive Senior Warehouse Operative to oversee daily warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and logistics support. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure equipment is prepared, transported, and delivered to installers on time.

The role requires a forklift licence, a clean UK driving licence, proven warehouse experience, and experience with Zoho CRM/Zoho Inventory. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general warehouse maintenance, tidiness, and safe working practices.
• Supervise and carry out loading/unloading of kit.
• Ensure timely delivery of kits and equipment to installers or other destinations – frequent travel will be required.
• Manage and monitor stock control with regular stock takes and audits.
• Record, track, and update stock data in Zoho CRM & Zoho Inventory.
• Coordinate logistics with Warehouse Manager and prioritise warehouse tasks.
• Support warehouse team and assist management to streamline workflows.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and vehicle insurance requirements.
• Liaise with installers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
