As a Senior Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in supporting the Warehouse Team Leaders with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for carrying out warehouse duties, supporting and guiding colleagues, helping achieve daily operational targets and ensuring high standards of Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping are maintained. The role will also provide opportunities to develop your skills in MHE training, team leadership, Kaizen and 5S.
We're looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude who is confident working as part of a team and able to provide leadership, instruction and guidance to colleagues. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on safe working practices and the ability to remain flexible and reprioritise when operational requirements change.
