Job summary

Searcys at St Pancras International is seeking a Barback to support the restaurant and Champagne Bar team. You will assist with stock, bar service, and maintaining a high standard of guest experience during busy shifts.

Working in a historic venue, you will join a passionate team delivering exquisite cocktails, wine and champagne while upholding safety and hygiene on site. Full-time, part-time and flexible hours available; salary up to £15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous guest service and assist with bar operations.
• Support stock management and replenishment for a busy venue.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety behind the bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, whilst carrying out all duties required.
• Restocking liquor bottles, beer kegs, wines, garnishes, napkins, straws, and other bar supplies.
• Ice management to ensure bartenders never run out.
• Collecting and returning used glassware, polishing bar surfaces.
• Assist with fruit prep, syrups and infusions for cocktails.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations across the venue.

Searcys are looking for aBarback to assist with the restaurant & Champagne Bar atSt Pancras International Station.

We are looking for personable individuals to join our bar team to assist with with the delivery of exquisite cocktails, exceptional wine and our very own Searcys champagne.

Job Type: Full time, part time and flexible

Salary: up to £15 per hour

• Provide exceptional customer service, whilst carrying out all duties required
• Restocking liquor bottles, beer kegs, wines, garnishes, napkins, straws, and other bar supplies.
• Ice Management: Continuously hauling, chipping, and refilling ice wells so bartenders never run out.
• Collecting empty glasses, washing, polishing, and returning them to the bar stations.
• Wiping down bar tops, emptying bins, clearing spills, and throwing away empty packaging during busy shifts.
• Cutting fruit (limes, lemons, oranges), making fresh juices, and preparing syrups or infusions.
• To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility including all other requirements as described in the Searcys Health & Safety Policy
