Job summary

Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Senior Waiter/Waitress for The May Fair Hotel and The May Fair Bar in London. You will deliver warm, attentive and professional service, building rapport with guests and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of food, wines, cocktails and beverages.

Ideal candidates will have front of house waiting experience in a high-end operation, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to supporting colleagues during busy service.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential.

• Confidently making recommendations and creating opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
