Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking partnership thesis aligned with market evolution.
• Design complex, multi-asset and platform-based alliances with risk-share models.
• Structure IP, governance, economics, and milestones for long-term value.
• Exit or restructure partnerships when strategic value shifts.
• Conduct market scanning to spot emerging science and capital flows.
• Anticipate future innovation clusters and shape ecosystem participation.
• Build regional and global partnership strategies aligned with Evotec growth.
• Lead negotiations with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• Translate scientific strategy into commercially viable deal structures.
• Balance risk, capital exposure, and resources across portfolios.
• Align scientific, legal, finance, and operations from concept to launch.
