Citi is seeking a highly experienced Java engineer to join the FX Technology team in London. The role is hands-on, with leadership responsibilities across multiple asset classes and cross-functional collaboration with trading and quantitative teams.

You will drive architecture, build scalable systems, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires deep technical expertise, a passion for delivering low-latency solutions, and the ability to influence across the organization

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Java engineering with latency expertise.

• Proven track record in building new systems and modernizing legacy ones.
