Qualifications

• Hands-on Java engineer with the ability to deep dive into product and code.
• Strong understanding of ultra-low-latency development practices.
• FX experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
• Ability to work directly with trading and quant teams.
• Proven track record of replacing legacy systems and delivering new ones.
