Qualifications

Ability to navigate Citi’s structure, governance and processes across geographies.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with complex data.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact strategic projects and provide analysis and recommendations to the CCB CEO and ExCo.
Develop growth, market and investment recommendations and performance improvements.
Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses across markets, clients and performance.
Structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into decisions.
Coordinate with Finance, Risk, and other functions to align strategic priorities.
