Jobgether seeks a Senior Voxel Artist (Stylized Games) based in the United Kingdom to shape distinctive game worlds. You’ll transform simple forms into expressive characters, environments, and assets, collaborating with artists to create cohesive visual identities for production-ready content.

You’ll join an international, remote-first team that values creative ownership, experimentation with voxel aesthetics, and ongoing artistic growth across projects and styles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in game art, voxel art, stylized 3D art, or related discipline.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality voxel art and strong visual design skills.
• Excellent understanding of silhouettes, proportions, shape language, color theory, and visual composition.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality voxel characters, creatures, environments, props, and other stylized assets.
• Explore visual styles, silhouettes, color palettes, and geometry approaches for distinctive identities.
• Develop concepts that bring personality to characters and depth to environments.
• Translate early ideas into production-ready voxel assets.
• Collaborate with art directors and multidisciplinary teams to align visions with production needs.
• Balance voxel aesthetics with real-time performance requirements.
