Job summary

Morgan McKinley is assisting a leading global investment bank to hire an experienced Senior Voice Operations Engineer to join a high‑performing global infrastructure team supporting enterprise voice and collaboration services. Location: Chester based 3 days per week.

Strong background in Microsoft Teams Voice and Cisco Unified Communications, with hands‑on experience in Direct Routing, SBCs and SIP, is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Cisco Unified Communications in a production support environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex voice and interoperability issues across global enterprise telephony.
• Experience with Direct Routing, SBCs, SIP, and enterprise telephony.

Responsibilities

• Support global voice infrastructure and production support for voice platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex voice interoperability issues and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with network, transport and Microsoft support teams to resolve incidents and changes.

Location: Chester based 3 days per week.
