Job summary

MDA Space in Farnborough, UK, seeks an experienced modem VLSI design engineer to drive complex SOC VLSI chip-design activities focused on DSP and modem subsystems. You will contribute to architectural decisions, front-end design, verification, and physical-design aspects within a dynamic team.

You’ll develop digital modules from concept to implementation, collaborate with multiple teams on advanced signal processing cores, and help integrate subsystems into the company design environment,

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, or related field from a major institute.
• +5 years in VLSI engineering.
• Full ASIC/VLSI chip-design flow experience.
• RTL coding, PD‑aware synthesis, STA.
• VLSI architecting experience.
• Strong knowledge of signal processing and modem architecture.
• Good communication and teamwork.
