Role: Senior Brand/Visual Designer

Work Arrangement: Remote-first (within 2h of London)

Salary: £60–70k (DOE + Benefits)

Type & Start Date: Full-time | Start ASAP

We are working with a fast-growing client in the climate tech space seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join their small but dynamic design team. They operate one of the leading carbon removal marketplaces, trusted by major tech companies, with an ambitious roadmap. The successful candidate will help elevate their brand and marketing design, making science-backed carbon removal credible and compelling.

Responsibilities:

• Lead brand and marketing design across decks, events, campaigns, and more
• Translate complex climate concepts into simple, beautiful visuals
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Design, Product Designer, and freelance creatives
• Replace the current freelance designer with a smooth 3-month handover

Qualifications:

• A natural visual storyteller capable of distilling complex ideas into engaging narratives
• Strong expertise in clean, Swiss-style design with a creative twist
• Experience in brand, marketing, and event design
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently (agency experience is a plus)
• Based within 2 hours of London; occasional meetings in East London
