Opportunity for a Senior Visual Designer to join a global supplier of IT and engineering services to the oil and gas industry in Abingdon.

You will be responsible for overseeing all programmes and products that have UX resources, ensuring they follow visual design best practices and adhere to the global brand and design systems.

Primary Skills:

• Output quality skills including overseeing quality and consistency of work, understanding project requirements at strategic and tactical levels.
• Project delivery skills such as defining project scope, outcomes, and prioritizing work based on learnings and shifts in priorities.
• Visual design skills supporting the design and maintenance of design systems, accessibility standards, and visual guidelines.
• Creating and managing product-specific design system repositories within Figma, visible to all technology centers and UX studios.
• Combining interaction/usability and visual design skills to execute components and patterns, focusing on user interaction, appearance, and experience metrics.
