We’re looking for a proactive Publisher Manager to join our multinational team at our Cyprus office or remotely. This role involves generating high-quality leads, testing new revenue streams, and closing deals with Publishers and Affiliates to support our growth and market expansion.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Find new leads, negotiate, and close deals with Publishers and Affiliates;
  • Achieve traffic flow stability;
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements;
  • Conduct market and competitor research and suggest strategies to stay competitive;
  • Identify, propose, and test new revenue streams;
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM system.

About you – preferred requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Senior Publisher or Account Manager;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with innovative strategies for new leads;
  • Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, and prospecting new sites;
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking;
  • Problem-solving skills and independence;
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets;
  • Experience with Google Analytics.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in adult advertising networks;
  • Familiarity with monday.com;
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools.
