Skills And Competencies

• Excellent shooting and video editing skills
• Experience filming interviews in studio with multicamera setups and advanced lighting, especially with Sony FX cameras
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve and motion graphics
• Audio recording and editing skills, including podcasts

• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality
• Experience managing all aspects of video production independently and with teams

Education

The role involves collaborating with producers, analysts, and editors to create engaging video podcasts, explainers, and short videos for diverse audiences.

The senior editor will lead a strategic multimedia refresh, requiring curiosity, innovation, and a keen eye for quality. Responsibilities include:

• Creating engaging content with producers and hosts for various platforms
• Managing multiple projects within deadlines
• Facilitating high-quality in-person and remote recordings
• Providing feedback to hosts and guests for natural presentation
• Editing video and audio based on feedback and judgment
• Delivering content timely and optimizing for social media
• Uploading and publishing content across platforms

About The Team

The Research Graphics & Multimedia team supports Moody’s Ratings research with multimedia assets that communicate key credit messages globally. The team includes software engineers, designers, journalists, and multimedia specialists.
