Job Description:

Zearch is working with a leading PE-backed Data & Services company hiring for the first SVP Sales in EMEA, reporting directly to the CRO.

This key hire will lead a regional sales organization toward achieving growth objectives, overseeing 30 sales professionals managing an $80M ARR target across multiple territories, verticals, and customer segments. The role is suited for a VP/SVP sales leader.

As a member of the executive team, you will define and execute the EMEA sales strategy, foster customer relationships, and promote a high-performance culture. This position offers the opportunity to shape the company's future in a growing region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for EMEA, aligned with global goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and penetrate new markets.
  • Manage a $80M+ ARR target, ensuring revenue and profit goals are met.
  • Lead and develop a team of 30 sales professionals, establishing a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Build relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to generate demand and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Stay informed on market trends to influence product and sales strategies.
