We are looking for someone who:

• Has expertise in pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, demonstrated by publications
• Has experience in evidence synthesis and economic modeling
• Can explain research strategies clearly to various stakeholders
• Aligns business goals and identifies new opportunities
• Collaborates across teams

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading projects, ensuring quality and timelines
• Developing recommendations and managing client relationships
• Reviewing deliverables and signing off on reports
• Mentoring team members and fostering development
• Strategic planning and process development
• Supporting communication and conflict resolution
• Driving business growth and opportunities

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, or leadership
• Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, or related field
• Experience leading research teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
