Qualifications

• Significant experience creating real-time VFX and animations for games, especially casual puzzles or F2P titles.
• Proven track record owning, building, or contributing to a VFX/animation pipeline on mobile.
• Solid grasp of animation principles applied to gameplay, UI, and effects.
• Hands-on Unity experience making VFX/animations in-game.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality VFX and motion design from idea to final implementation.
• Ability to create assets from ideation to in-engine results.
• Understanding of mobile performance constraints and optimization techniques.

Responsabilités

• Own, build, and optimize the VFX and animation pipeline for dynamic interactions.
• Create high-quality VFX and animations from concept to final in Unity.
• Design and implement juicy interactions and celebratory effects for tactile feedback.
• Contribute creative ideas to bring puzzle pieces, UI, environments, and effects alive.
• Work with Unity workflows: Animation Timeline, Particle System, Shader Graph, URP, custom materials.
• Translate concepts into polished in-engine effects and motion.
• Optimize VFX for mobile, balancing ambition with performance and memory constraints.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with tech art and engineering on shaders, tools, profiling, and runtime performance.
