Job summary

Arm in Cambridge seeks a Senior Verification Engineer to lead the verification of ISP, Display, and Video IP, and to develop scalable testbenches and verification environments. The role emphasizes ML-driven data analysis of simulation results to accelerate bug discovery, with opportunities to mentor and drive process improvements across teams.

You will collaborate with multiple Arm groups to ensure IPs work seamlessly in complete systems, and contribute to architectural decisions while advancing

Qualifications

• Experience with constrained-random verification and complex verification environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Strong scripting to support new and existing flows.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
• Experience developing and maintaining verification testbenches.

Responsibilities

• Verification ownership of unit level or multi-unit hierarchy or lead of an IP (ISP, Display, Video).
• Architecting verification IP and full verification environments.
• Reviewing and assessing proposed design changes from a verification complexity point of view.
• Analysis of data from simulation runs using machine learning and data science techniques to drive efficient bug discovery and debug.
• Identify cross Media IP process or methodology improvement opportunities, implementing changes to advance hardware verification efficiency.
• Close collaboration with other Arm engineering teams leading to high quality IP that works well in a complete system.
