Job summary

ARM Limited is seeking a skilled digital verification engineer in the United Kingdom to join a team focused on developing flawless IPs. You will work across verification methodologies, including UVM and formal approaches, with ARM-based architectures and power-aware techniques.

Responsibilities span requirements, testbench creation, test development, and documentation, with opportunities to apply AI-based methods in verification and to collaborate across a global engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Proven understanding of digital hardware verification language Verilog/SystemVerilog HDL.
• Skilled in one or more verification approaches - UVM, formal, power aware in SoC verification using Embedded Low-level programming including C/C++ tests and assembly language (preferably ARM).
• Exposure to all stages of verification: requirements collection, creation of verification methodology plans, test plans, testbench implementation, test case development, documentation, and support.
• Good problem solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of IP/SoC Verification Flow and with ARM-based builds and/or ARM System Architectures.
• Clock domain crossing in GLS, DFT/DFD.
• UPF Power Aware experience with shell programming/scripting (e.g., Tcl)
• Perl

• Willingness to explore and apply AI based methods to digital verification.
