The role

As a Venue Sourcing Account Manager you will work within a dedicated venue sourcing team. The role includes line management and the following responsibilities:

• Account mapping and developing venue sourcing business on a dedicated portfolio of accounts.
• Writing winning proposals.
• Attending site visits with the events and production teams.
• Ensuring maximum commissions from venues.
• Attending industry events and FAM trips to increase product knowledge.

About you

We are looking for an experienced venue finder who has:

• Experience working with clients in an agency or venue sourcing company.
• A strong track record of building relationships to secure repeat business from clients and across a hotel/ОВ venue portfolio.
• Proficiency with venue sourcing software (bespoke or industry leading).
• Experience line‑managed or mentored a small team.
• A full driver’s licence and own vehicle.
