Deluxe is seeking a Senior Manager, Vendor Operations to lead end-to-end dubbing vendor operations, including quoting, contracting, onboarding, and performance management across global partners.

In this senior role, you will partner with Finance, Legal, Operations and Client Services to define services, drive cost efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality client proposals while shaping a scalable vendor ecosystem worldwide.

Qualifications

• Significant management experience in dubbing, localisation, media operations, or post-production environments.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams within a global matrix organisation.
• Strong understanding of dubbing workflows, audiovisual technology, and localisation.
• Proven experience in financial and operational systems for cost collection, pricing, reporting.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical and financial concepts.
• Proven track record driving process improvement and change management.
• High level of organisational rigour and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quoting processes to meet operational, financial, and client requirements.
• Manage vendor payment operations and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Lead performance reviews and drive continuous improvement in vendor management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Client Services to deliver services.
• Define and implement governance, risk, and compliance measures.
