Job summary

Citygate Automotive Limited is seeking an Accredited Master Technician to deliver high-quality servicing and diagnostics while guiding less experienced colleagues. You will work across manufacturer guidelines, perform eHVC checks, and provide detailed customer reports, ensuring safety and quality in every job.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification, with UK driving licence, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Level 3 vehicle technician qualification and full UK driving licence.
• MOT Tester certification is useful but not essential.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Carry out diagnostics to identify causes and solutions.
• Conduct electronic health checks and provide detailed reports.
• Interact with customers and service advisors with excellent service.
• Ensure work is safe and high quality per requirements.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay up to date.
• Mentor apprentices where applicable.
