Perfect Placement UK Ltd seeks a Senior Vehicle Technician in Nottingham. You will diagnose, service, repair and test vehicles to manufacturer standards in a busy main dealer environment.

The role offers manufacturer training, career progression and staff benefits. A Level 3 IMI/City & Guilds qualification and a full UK driving licence are required, with a willingness to obtain EV certification.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and fault-finding to manufacturer standards.
• Strong attention to detail and high workmanship quality.
• Good communication and teamwork in a busy workshop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair and test vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Complete eVHC and provide detailed feedback.
• Perform pre- and post-repair inspections for safety and quality.
• Maintain thorough records as required by policy and manufacturers.
• Support apprentices and junior technicians in the workshop.
• Engage in ongoing training and uphold health and safety rules.
• Work efficiently while keeping high standards of workmanship.
