Ayvens in Bristol is seeking a Senior Vehicle Data Specialist to join the Vehicle Data team. Working with the Vehicle Data Manager, you will help ensure vehicle, pricing and quotation data are accurate, up to date and accessible for customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

You will coordinate workloads, coach colleagues, monitor service levels and contribute to data improvements and system changes, deputising for the manager when required.

Formación

• Experience within vehicle data, pricing, quotations, fleet administration or a similar operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working with databases and large volumes of data.
• Proven ability to coach or mentor colleagues.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience within the automotive, leasing or fleet sector would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Vehicle Data team.
• Coordinate workloads and resource allocation to meet service levels.
• Act as escalation point for complex vehicle data and quotation queries.
• Coach and support team members to develop skills and performance.
• Monitor service levels, quality and productivity metrics.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, pricing and quotation data.
• Support process improvements and system changes.
