Qualifications
- Experience leading VDC/BIM initiatives on large projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows (ISO 19650).
- Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead VDC/BIM strategies across projects.
- Develop and enforce BEPs.
- Set modelling, coordination standards; oversee federated models.
- Mentor and manage BIM technicians and coordinators.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams; manage CDE and data integrity.
- Report BIM KPIs and project performance; drive digital delivery.
