Kirby Group Engineering invites an experienced Lead VDC Coordinator to drive BIM/VDC delivery on major projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, set BIM standards and BEPs, and integrate digital tools to improve project outcomes. Strong leadership and technical expertise are required.

The role focuses on advancing digital construction, coordinating model workflows, and mentoring staff while ensuring timely, on-budget, and quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or architecture.
• BIM/VDC certifications preferred.
• 7–12+ years in construction/design with 3–5 years in BIM/VDC leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of VDC/BIM strategies across projects.
• Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Set modelling standards for coordination and digital delivery.
• Mentor junior VDC coordinators and BIM technicians.
• Oversee federated model development and clash detection.
• Maintain QA checks and data integrity in CDE.
