Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in value management, consulting or engineering; quantitative/qualitative analyses.
• Ability to analyze data sets and craft customer-facing stories for execs.
• Experience partnering with GTM leaders to define value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to uncover growth and profitability opportunities through storytelling.
• Develop ROI/TCO models to identify value areas from new products and market trends.
• Enable pre/post sales teams with training and content to showcase Grafana's value.
• Create unified value narratives aligning internal and external messaging.
• Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers and Observability Architects to articulate business value.
