Job summary

Adelphi Values PROVE seeks a Senior Value Analyst to generate, synthesise and communicate healthcare evidence supporting decision making, market access and reimbursement. You will lead evidence generation, value proposition development and HTA submissions, mentoring junior staff while delivering high-quality client solutions.

You will work on literature reviews, economic and epidemiological evidence, and stakeholder messaging, collaborating with health economists, statisticians and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics or public health.
• Experience in HEOR, market access, outcomes research, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to project timelines.
• Experience delivering client reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead literature reviews, data extraction, quality assessment and evidence synthesis.
• Translate evidence into clear messages for payers and clinicians.
• Contribute to HTA submissions, value dossiers and evidence packages.
• Design and analyse expert elicitation studies and primary research.
• Develop evidence-based narratives and client-facing materials.
• Support multidisciplinary teams and proposal development.
