Adelphi Values PROVE is seeking an experienced Senior Health Economist to lead advanced health economic modelling projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The role emphasizes technical excellence, model development, validation, and communication of evidence across product development, market access, and HTA.

You will oversee complex models, guide analysts, and contribute to methodological innovation while engaging in client discussions and project leadership.

Qualifications

• MSc, MPhil, PhD or equivalent in Health Economics or related quantitative field.
• Extensive health economic modelling experience in consultancy, pharma, HTA, or healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; quality control and technical review skills.
• Experience with modelling techniques: cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, Markov/partitioned survival, budget impact, sensitivity analyses.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of high-quality health economic models (cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, budget impact, cost-consequence).
• Design model structures for clinical/decision-making contexts and validate data inputs.
• Conduct deterministic and probabilistic sensitivity analyses and scenario testing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts; review junior work and establish best practices.
• Contribute to proposals, study design discussions, and thought leadership.
