Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare clear, well-structured valuation reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage valuation instructions for industrial and logistics assets across Nottingham and the wider Midlands region.
• Prepare formal valuation reports for loan security, financial reporting and acquisition advisory.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients including financial institutions, funds, developers and private investors.
• Collaborate with regional Midlands and National teams to share market insights and drive business growth.
• Analyse market trends, transaction data and yield profiles to provide forward-looking risk advisory.
• Mentor and support junior team members and APC candidates in their development.
