Job summary

JLL is seeking a qualified professional to lead valuation instructions for industrial and logistics assets across Nottingham and the Midlands. The role demands MRICS status, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to manage key client relationships.

You will collaborate with regional and national teams to share market insights, mentor APC candidates, and provide forward-looking risk advisory based on market data and yields.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in commercial property valuation, particularly industrial & logistics.
• Strong financial modeling and report writing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage valuation instructions for industrial and logistics assets across Nottingham and the wider Midlands.
• Prepare formal valuation reports for loan security, financial reporting, and acquisition advisory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients including financial institutions, funds, developers and private investors.
• Collaborate with regional Midlands team and National team to share market insights and create business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, transaction data and yield profiles to provide forward-looking risk advisory.
• Mentor and support junior team members and APC candidates in their development.
• Travel across the region for property inspections with a full UK driving license.
