Job summary

Fynity is a growing, employee-owned digital agency in Leeds seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to own UX and UI across client websites, blending research-led UX with polished interface design.

You’ll lead discovery, user journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes and design systems, collaborate with designers and developers, communicate UX thinking to clients, mentor others and help shape how the agency approaches UX/UI as it grows.

Qualifications

• Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio across websites.
• Experience leading discovery, user research and stakeholder workshops.
• Strong Figma capability with scalable design systems.
• Hands-on UI craft and ability to lead design from discovery to handover.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI workstreams across website projects from discovery through delivery.
• Plan and contribute to discovery, user research and stakeholder engagement.
• Create customer journeys, user flows, sitemaps and IA.
• Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes to define functionality.
• Design polished, responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Translate insights into intuitive experiences and scalable patterns in Figma.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible implementations and quality QA.
• Prepare detailed handovers and support design QA.
• Communicate UX thinking clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, conversion and CX.
