Job summary

Red Badger is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join our client-facing teams in Leeds. You will translate client problems into valuable product experiences while collaborating closely with Product and Technology to build the right thing.

You will lead user research, workshops, and multi-fidelity prototyping, advocating user-centered processes and delivering outcomes that matter for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lean/Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking.
• Experience presenting concepts and running workshops for clients.
• Ability to lead UX activities within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Auditing existing user experience and identifying improvements.
• Prototyping at multiple fidelities from paper to hi-fi.
• Designing user experiences from discovery to delivery.
• Conducting user research and testing throughout delivery.
• Designing and facilitating workshops and design sprints.
