Job summary

Zaizi is seeking a UX/UI Designer to work in an agile delivery environment, collaborating with government clients. You will mentor other designers and lead hands-on design activities, prototypes, and artefacts to understand user motivations and behaviours across end-to-end journeys.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Designers, Developers and testers to ensure UX outcomes are understood and guide ongoing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and conducting user research to inform design decisions.
• Ability to mentor and guide other UX designers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in creating prototypes and design artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee user-centred design activities within agile projects.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Solutions Architects, Designers, Developers and testers to ensure UX outcomes.
• Create prototypes and workshops to inform decision making and drive actions.
• Communicate user needs to stakeholders and evangelise UX best practices.
