Job summary

Ice Tech Rwanda is seeking a senior UX Designer to shape end-to-end customer journeys across product areas in the UK. You will translate research insights into polished prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs that solve real user problems.

You will collaborate with product teams, designers, and engineers, deliver UX deliverables, and help set design direction while staying updated on mobile, collaboration, and communications trends.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with end-to-end customer journeys.
• 5+ years in interactive or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
• Ability to create polished design prototypes and mockups.
• Ability to scope and estimate efforts and prioritize tasks.
• History of impacting shipped products.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch.

Responsibilities

• Understand product areas and deliver UX deliverables.
• Create competitive analyses, user flows, low fidelity wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes.
• Communicate UX results to design team and cross-functional partners.
