About The Role

The Senior UX Researcher is a key member of the Research Team, using diverse methodologies to inform product development and foster a user-centered culture at Adaptavist. The role involves providing actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions, mentoring junior researchers, and collaborating with stakeholders.

While listed as remote, occasional in-person presence in London is required. We are seeking someone close to London.

About The Team

You will join a global team of 7 researchers working as a service within Adaptavist to ensure products are useful and usable, and to promote customer-centric insights.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and manage resources.
• Align research with business goals and influence product roadmaps.
• Mentor junior researchers and support stakeholder research needs.
• Deliver high-quality, impactful research outputs.
• Develop deep domain expertise and sustain research programs.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive UX research experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven project management skills and ability to demonstrate research ROI.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, and research platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and advanced data analysis skills.
