Job summary

Quba is seeking a Lead UX / Product Designer to own the user experience from discovery through to polished interface design. The role involves translating complex requirements into simple, usable digital experiences while collaborating with clients, developers, and stakeholders to ensure commercial effectiveness.

You’ll lead UX strategy, information architecture and wireframes, while hands-on design in Figma drives delivery. A senior, strategic yet design-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven UX/UI design background.
• Experience designing responsive websites and digital products.
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills.
• Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Experience working with component libraries and design systems.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and present UX recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand business objectives, audiences, user needs and constraints.
• Translate insights into information architecture, user journeys and wireframes.
• Define what a successful experience needs to achieve.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and maintainable.
• Present concepts and UX recommendations to clients.
