Job summary

University of the Arts London is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience practice, embedding UX standards across digital products and championing accessibility and inclusive design. You will mentor designers, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and drive data‑driven UX processes within an agile delivery framework to deliver user‑centred solutions at pace.

Qualifications

Demonstrable knowledge, experience, and passion for user-centred design.
Experience applying design thinking and UX methodologies across the full product lifecycle.
Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, translating insights into design solutions.
Ability to mentor and coach designers and uphold high-quality design standards within teams.

Responsibilities

Lead UX design services across products and services and set design direction.
Coach other UX designers and contribute to potential line management.
Develop data-driven UX processes to measure effectiveness and impact.
Collaborate with product teams through discovery and delivery to align UX with agile delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the design community.
