Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to grow business-critical product lines with a focus on ease-of-use and customer value. You will conduct user research, create flows, wireframes and prototypes, and drive UX strategy in a lean startup environment within an established brand.

You’ll work in an agile scrum setup, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply AI tools for ideation and rapid iteration while delivering high-quality user experiences remotely.

Qualifications

• Strong UX/UI design experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Lean product development and rapid design iteration.
• Plan and conduct user research, interviews and surveys.
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS and front-end basics; AI ideation tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Deliver wireframes, user journeys, reusable components and mockups for multiple devices.
• Identify design problems and iterate based on user feedback and business needs.
• Create narratives to communicate insights and user value.
• Support lean product development with early validated learnings.
• Collaborate with a distributed agile team to meet client needs and vision.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, prototyping and collaboration.
