Job summary

Bending Spoons seeks a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to shape high-leverage product experiences. You will use AI tools to clarify intent, draft specs, and surface risks, while also prototyping and building with AI to bridge design and frontend code.

You will co-create with PMs and engineers from day one, define UX requirements early, and stay involved through QA and release. Strong English proficiency and a growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to reason from first principles and structure ideas clearly.

• Proficiency in English for reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Shape high-leverage product experiences from concept to delivery.
• Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks and edge cases.
• Prototype and build with AI, balancing code and design tools like Figma.
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one and stay involved through QA.
• Validate ideas with customers, run quick tests, and measure funnels and retention.
• Identify high-impact bets from the backlog and drive delivery.
