Job summary

Reapit is seeking a Senior User Researcher to lead the beta and early-access programme for our next-gen CRM product. You will recruit agencies, conduct structured research, and translate findings into clear recommendations for Product and Engineering, ensuring readiness for launch.

Reporting to the Head of Product UKI, you will collaborate with Design and Engineering, synthesize mixed-method insights, and drive prioritised improvements that reflect real agency workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in user research, UX research or a similar research-led product role.
• Experience running beta, early-access, pilot or customer-validation programmes for a B2B software product is a strong asset.
• Excellent ability to design and moderate qualitative research and synthesise findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end beta and early-access programme, plan timelines and success measures.
• Design and run the beta research plan: usability testing, contextual interviews, diary studies and moderated sessions.
• Recruit and segment a representative cohort of beta agencies and manage their lifecycle.
• Act as the single point of contact for beta customers and manage communications.
• Run the feedback engine end to end and consolidate data into a triaged backlog for product teams.
• Provide weekly programme health reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
