How you'll be contributing to Accurx as a Senior User Researcher...

As a Senior User Researcher, you’ll work across the entire company, collaborating with product teams and go-to-market teams to run high-impact research projects that inform decision-making and help meet company goals.

Our centralized research model allows you to learn about all parts of the company. Our rigorous research prioritization process ensures you work on the most impactful projects to drive the company forward. Alongside other senior researchers, you'll also lead initiatives to enhance the impact and accessibility of research, such as insights management, research democratization, and improving our prioritization frameworks.

You will be supported by the User Research and wider Product/UX teams, who will provide collaboration, knowledge sharing, and recognition of your achievements.

Your day-to-day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission ??...

• Work closely with stakeholders to define research needs, priorities, and integrate findings into the broader product strategy.
• Manage and execute evaluative and strategic research projects with minimal support.
• Communicate research insights effectively, tailoring presentations to audiences from junior ICs to the C-suite, with appropriate levels of detail.
• Contribute to the Research Guild to promote collaboration, share knowledge, and strengthen research practices across the organization.
• Manage research insights to ensure they are accessible to the wider company.
