Base pay range

We have partnered with a unique, highly influential organization whose work impacts a broad population. They are seeking a Senior User Researcher (FTC) to join an impactful project.

You will collaborate with a Senior Service Designer and Lead UCD practitioner to develop the organization's future capabilities in a key area.

From a research perspective, this involves understanding user needs, challenges, and opportunities to inform future solutions. The role requires a pragmatic, versatile Researcher who thrives in complex environments.

It is also suitable for someone experienced with 'internal' programs that involve high complexity.

Your research experience should include:

1. You have experience with qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches, knowing when and why to use each.
2. Experience across the entire User Research lifecycle, from defining participants to conducting research and sharing insights.
3. Excellent facilitation skills, both in workshops and with complex stakeholders.

This is a fixed-term, salaried role offering up to £80,000 (pro-rata).
